1. HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
Upon order completion, you will receive an email confirming your purchase. You will also receive a shipment confirmation with tracking details. On our website, you can also click on "Track Your Order" where you input your order number and email address to monitor the package.
2. WHAT IF I ENTERED THE WRONG SHIPPING ADDRESS?
If so, please contact us at email@example.com as soon as possible. We will do our best to change it for you, but we can't guarantee anything in the case that your order has been processed and shipped.
3. HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?
Due to the global pandemic, delivery times will vary depending on your location and what product you ordered. Estimated Times: US will take 3 to 5 business days and all other countries 6 to 15 business days.
4. DO I GET A DISCOUNT IF I CHOOSE DIFFERENT COLORS FOR A PRODUCT?
In order to manage the inventory efficiently, we are only giving price breaks based on the same color you purchased. We may adjust later in the future once we have a better idea of the demand.
6. WHAT IS THE PROCESSING TIMES?
After you have made your purchase, our team will process your order as soon as possible, it may take 1-3 business days.
7. WHAT HAPPENS IF THE COLOR I WANT IS NOT AVAILABLE?
Unfortunately, our factory only produces a limited amount of inventory per color and we do our best to fulfill when needed. If there is a chance your preferred color is not available, you can reach out to our support team and we can let you know when it's available.
8. WHAT HAPPENS IF MY DEBONAIR™️ PRODUCT ARRIVES DAMAGED?
Our packing system prevents any damages during delivery, we wrap it tight to ensure full protection during transportation. If there is a slim chance that it does get damaged, we will gladly ship out a new one to replace any damaged one.
